3 sessions per week on alternate days. This frequency builds the muscle memory needed to look effortless under the stage lights.
The Strategy:
Active Coaching: We meet 1-on-1 to refine your mandatories and build posing endurance.
The Insight Loop: After every session, I’ll send a Technical Audit with specific tweaks to your angles and tension.
Practice Mandate: You’ll use the "gap days" to drill these insights. This ensures we don't repeat mistakes and can level up every single session.
The Goal: By show day, your posing is instinctive. No thinking—just hitting the winning angles every time.
